1. Is the extent of the site sufficient for delineation of major and minor routes across the
site, public communal areas (i.e. play, meeting areas) and private spaces around
shelters?

2. Where the number of houses in the settlement exceeds 40 units, is there adherence
with the compulsory provision for a Community Hall? It is advisable to locate the
community hall closer to the administration unit, if facilities such as Television,
Radios & Newspapers are provided. The community hall should be at least 400
square feet for 40 housing units.
